A printed handbook will be provided free to all attendees as conference supply when you arrive.

On the basis of the schedule, you can make arrangements for your travel. Here we would like to remind you to register on line, reserve hotels and apply for visa letter ASAP if needed.

In order to avoid hurry and taking summer vacation into account, we extend the deadline for pre-registration to July 5, 2009 at 12:00pm (Beijing time). We strongly encourage you to complete conference registration before July 5 with a nice pre-registration price. And because of the limit of hotel rooms' quantity, rooms are guaranteed upon receiving your reservation only BEFORE July 5, 2009. We suggest you reserve the room as soon as possible, because September is the midseason for tour. By the way, please apply for visa soon if needed.

Because some reviewers received or returned their assigned papers late, now we are slightly behind schedule. Therefore, we have to extend the deadline for notification of acceptance to May 29, 2009, and also the deadline for student grant to May 31, 2009. Thank you very much for your patience.

The Conference has allocated funds to support graduate students and post-doctoral fellows in the form of direct payments toward expenses such as registration fees and short courses. The application deadline has been extended to May 28, 2009. Please submit the completed "Request for Grants for the Fully3D2009 form" and letters of recommendation if you are interested.

Seeing that the deadline for submission of Fully3D 2009 papers has been extended, accordingly we extend the deadline for notification of acceptance to May 25, 2009.

The on-line conference registration for Fully3D2009 is open now. All the participants are kindly recommended to register through the on-line registration system. Please follow the “Login” or “conference registration” link on the left. The registration website will remain open through the end of the conference, but the early registration rate will only be valid through July 1, 2009, Beijing time zone.

We would like to remind you that the deadline for student grants is May 18, 2009, so please apply for it as soon as possible if you need. And if you have applied for it, you can wait for confirmation from the Fully3D 2009 Organization Committee before you register.

We would like to highlight that the deadline for submission of Fully3D 2009 papers has been extended until 17 April. On behalf of the requests from colleagues in this field, we extend the deadline for submission of both main conference and workshop papers.
