There will be a limited number of grants to support graduate students and post-doctoral fellows to attend the conference. The grants will be in the form of direct payments toward expenses such as registration fees and short courses. There will be no support for travel. The exact number of grants and the equivalent dollar/RMB amounts are still being determined.

Grants will be made following reviewers’ recommendations.

Notes:
1. The advisors of the candidates must send letters of recommendation to the postal address of the Fully3D 2009 Organization Committee. This letter must be on the official letterhead of the advisor’s Institution and signed by him/her in person. The postal address is found at the bottom of this page.
2. Candidates must send the completed "Request for Grants for the Fully3D2009 form" and supporting materials to the organization committee. A photocopy image of your application form to our email address or faxing your form to us will speed up our processing of your application.
3. The grant deadline is May 18, 2009.(Extended to May 31, 2009)
