Payment
The registration should be with appropriate payment and
payable to Fully3D 2009 Organization Committee by the
following ways:
A. Credit card:
Only Master and Visa will be acceptable to the conference.
It will be billed in Chinese Yuan. Consequently, the amount
charged to non-Chinese account may vary due to the
fluctuation in exchange rates. The total amount should be
increased by 4% for bank charges.
If you choose to pay by credit card, please enter the
security code of your credit card. This number represents
an additional protection of a misuse on your credit card.
On VISA and MasterCard you'll find this 3 verification code
on the backside of your credit card (behind the credit card
number imprinted there).
If it is unavailable for you to pay by credit card while
you still want to make pr-egistration, please contact the
Organization Committee in time for another feasible way.
B. Payment On-site
Cash and credit cards are acceptable. It will be billed in
Chinese CNY. Consequently, the amount charged to your
account may vary due to the fluctuation in intraday
exchange rates.
Notes:
1. All fees are paid in Chinese Yuan (CNY).
2. The exchange rates are based on the official rate (Bank
of China).
3. All bank charges will be borne by the participant.
4. Traveler’s check is not acceptable to conference. You
may exchange the traveler’s check in a bank.
Cancellation
All changes and cancellation must be notified in writing.
In the event of registration having to be cancelled, please
send a written notification by fax or email to Fully3D 2009
Organization Committee. Refund with remittance charge
deducted will be processed after the Conference.
