Dear Colleagues and Friends,
The 10th International Meeting on Fully
Three-Dimensional Image Reconstruction in Radiology and
Nuclear Medicine will be held in Beijing, China in September
5-10, 2009. This meeting is to provide an opportunity for
sharing the latest scientific advances and to promote and
foster international scientific exchanges of fully
three-dimensional image reconstruction in radiology and
nuclear medicine in a small and intimate setting and
presentation format that allows in-depth discussion.
In addition to traditional in-depth discussion on
state-of-the-art research issues on advanced theory,
implementation and evaluation of multi-dimensional image
reconstruction methods through oral and poster
presentations, we plan to offer short courses on the
fundamentals of multi-dimensional image reconstruction
algorithms and methods and workshops on high-speed computing
techniques and other topics.
China is a fast developing
country with both ancient cultural heritages and modern
achievements. Beijing, the capital of China, is the
country's political, cultural and international exchange
center, and is famous for its unique cultural fascination.
With the benefit of 2008 Olympic Games, Beijing will be more
attractive as its 3000-year cultural history mingles happily
with today's vigorous metropolitan prosperity. The splendid
Great Wall, majestic Forbidden City, spectacular Summer
Palace, together with exquisite Bird??s Nest, amazing Water
Cube and fascinating National Olympic Forest Park will
surely stand out in the memory of every participant.
On behalf
of the organization committee, we look forward to welcoming
you to Beijing and Fully3D 2009 Meeting.
